Mission
PureEquity is a nonprofit committed to helping systemically underserved communities access clean energy and water. We aspire to enact lasting change through funding initiatives by implementing sustainable solutions that address environmental disparities. Utilizing the online platform Kiva, we can identify and extend financial assistance to communities grappling with the challenge of accessing clean water and energy solutions. We aim to catalyze transformative change through our support in hopes of a more equitable future.

Growing up in New York City, I have been consistently exposed to the discourse surrounding our planet's decline and have felt the weight of environmental injustices from a young age. Despite the proliferation of organizations committed to addressing environmental disparities, I often wonder why more progress isn’t being made. Although there are significant obstacles in founding a nonprofit, I am committed to eradicating environmental inequities one step at a time and contributing to the broader conversation on justice.

Over the past two years, Pure Equity has loaned thousands of dollars, helping numerous families, individuals, and businesses to thrive. Our impact has spread across ten countries, and we are currently in the 85th percentile of lending on Kiva.

Future Plans

Future Plans

Our journey is just beginning. Over the next few years, I aim to grow Pure Equity and establish chapters around the world. By creating these chapters, I can increase our impact and offer greater support to communities in need. Fighting against environmental injustices has been incredibly rewarding, and I will continue to strive toward making clean water and energy accessible and equitable for all.
